LC Engineering was founded in 1997 by owner Ninh Le PE after 15 years of working at mid-size to large civil engineering and land surveying firms including Mark Thomas, CH2MHILL, Nolte, and Rajappan & Meyer Consulting Engineers as well as the city of Mountain View. Headquartered in San Jose, California, LC Engineering provides civil engineering and land surveying services and has strategic relationships with other land development consultants that provide clients with one-stop shopping for a full range of services for their land development and construction requirements. Service area coverage includes the South Bay, Peninsula, East Bay, San Francisco, Oakland, and Berkley.

Over the years, LC Engineering’s business grew to include condominiums, apartments, subdivisions, retail and office buildings, religious institutions, bridges, site structures, street, and sewer improvement projects.
